Shipping Policy
- Please allow 3-4 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email containing shipping confirmation and your tracking number. If you need any further assistance, please email us at help@poplarloft.com and include SHIPPING as the subject line.
- Please note, we are NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages. Once the carrier confirms the delivery was made, we are unable to process any refunds. You will need to contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
- We are not responsible for any delays with the mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
